Amazing product - Can't recommend it enough!
Amazing product. So, so angry with all of my eyecare professionals over the years. How did I get to 35 and NOBODY told me about this stuff. My over-sensitivity to light has reduced incredibly. Driving east in the morning and west in the evening was a real killer giving me migraine like symptoms. Every eye test I have mentioned how badly it affects my life and not one of them suggested any kind of supplement. And my eyes are a brighter blue too which is an added bonus! Try it.

It is used for Macular Degenerating.
Tastes like chocolate, I was recommended them by my optician. But are very difficult to obtain. I asked "IS there an epidemic of Macular Degeneration". We who need them should be supplied. But the price is so dear. £20 for a small amount?????

reduced eye strain, good if chi massage doesn't work!
background: In the last year I've noticed my eye sight becoming worse with roadsigns etc and this shocked me to try eye vits. I've also had painful eye strain issues with screens for years, only mitigated by wearing glasses or staying away for weeks from screens. not ideal. I researched and found macushield the best general affordable option, and within a few days the pain subsided, so all good there if you have similar. Not checked my roadsigns yet but I stopped taking macushield after a week as I started practising chi eye massage (using Mantak Chia's "Chi Self-Massage" book) and haven't needed the supplements since which is saving me money!

Thoroughly recommended
I had a PVD in my right eye last February and when I had my eye test last April was found to have the start of Macular Degeneration in my left eye. Asked consultant if there was anything I could take and he said no it was age related.After months of doing nothing but worry I decided to do some research and found that these capsules were for eye health so decided to give them a go, have only been taking them about a month but my vision seems clearer eye, less light sensitive. Eye test due in a couple of days so watch this space . Easy to take, good price recommended.
