Will this stop continual dripping from pressure relief valve on my 10ltr unvented water heater

Yes. It is necessary to allow for expansion. Hot water expands by up to 10% and the vessel allows for this. If you don’t fit then the pressure forces it’s way out via the tap (dripping) or out of the pressure relief valve.

what fitting do i need to connect this to my 15mm pipe work?

I suggest you take the vessel to a plumbers merchant and ask them to give you an adapter from the thread on the vessel to 15mm pipe.

Is the membrane made from epdm rubber?

It is synthetic rubber but I cant say if it is EPDM, Nitrile , or something else. I cannot think of any water component that would cause a problem with those.
