Can the Memory function of this lock be disabled? Ie, we want it to lock after removing power, even if nobody opens and closes the door.

Hey, it is sort of possible, but you have to dismantle the unit and take off the pin in the middle. I've done it but you risk loosing a few bits as there are very small springs that will start to fly everywhere. Another way that I've done is of your lock has an adjustable latch bolt, if so you can reduce it so that it will not press against the pin. If you don't want to risk it, I suggest an effeff electric Stoke, they are also very good and don't have memory function.

How can i order a dc one? only can find the ac, but on describtion it says av or dc.

Its DC unit, 12-24VDC. Your electrical supply should have a transformer that reducer's the voltage from 240vAC to 12 or 24VDC. check with an qualified electrician if you are in any doubt.

Can it be used in multi point door locks that opens with one key?

No it can’t, only a mortice latch lock
