WOW! It really works~! We've been sleeping on this sheet for a few weeks now and since the very first morning we both felt like we had less inflammation. It has helped me sleep better, and honestly -- I cannot wait to get into bed at night! It is THAT good! I wake up refreshed and energetic, so much more than before we started sleeping on this sheet. I was concerned about it holding up, so I took a digital multi-meter and tested it this morning. The reading went from 2.5 in my hand down to 0.5 touching the sheet, so it is working great! I highly recommend this sheet! The first night we noticed tingling in our legs, and still feel gentle vibrations. My Mom got one and she said it felt like "pinching", but she said after the first night she just felt refreshed. She is 86 and is usually very vibrant and active, but especially now she just doesn't stop! She's only had hers for a week! Looking forward to buying a fitted sheet and the pillow cases, too! *NOTE: FYI, the KS flat sheet barely covers the top of the mattress. There was no fitted sheet available at the time we purchased this. Buy it anyway! You won't regret it!

We bought 2 sets. 1 for us & 1 as a Christmas gift for our daughter & her husband. We have slept on ours for about a week. My husband is always skeptical of things like this. He has benefitted from the first night & there after. The first night I noticed he wasn't tossing & turning. (He typically tosses non-stop, all night) Also, his snoring was that of a deep, relaxed sleep. (Which is not his typical loud, obnoxious snoring and his breathing is quieter) This has continued each night thereafter. So most nights, I lay in bed impressed with how it has calmed the restless beast at night, and I can feel my tension being released. Is it the sheet, or the fact that I have regained my side of the bed? Not sure, but either way I'll take it. But for both, we have noticed joint & muscle stiffness/pain being relieved. Side note: Mr Skeptical didn't want to gift the 2nd sheet to the kids. He wanted it as a spare. Eventually he accepted gifting it, but told them that if they didn't like it, he wanted it back. Needless to say, after they slept on it that was a no go. Also, I was unsure, with it not being a fitted sheet, of it staying in place thru the night & being a tangled mess. But we wake up and the sheet is basically still in the same position as when we went to bed. So another sign of it working for both. I opted for this sheet to see if there was the slightest benefit to any brand of grounding sheets. For the price, we will most likely buy this brand again. Definitely will purchase a 2nd for our camper. We are very impressed, satisfied & spreading the word of our experience. (We bought 2 queen, & time of purchase the cost was $39 each...well worth the cost for a starting point in the grounding world)

So excited to get this smaller grounding, I’m one if the lucky ones that grounding works well for. It gives me a calm sense of wellbeing, which is a bonus because I ordered it for alleviating aches and pains and much it also does for me. I got the queen fitted for Hubby and it helped his insomnia and his pains (he’s a double amputee), in his case the more body contact with the fabric, the better. My 26x 52 is perfect for in a recliner, loveseat or across the bed. So pleased with my soft and easy to use sheet.

I've been using this sheet for months. For the first couple weeks, I thought grounding was awesome and I had the best deepest sleep I've had in my life, partly placebo effect, partly something else. The something else is I think all these type sheets aren't really grounding, I think they're just providing dirty electricity, a very mild electrical current which has been helpful for my siatic nerve pain and allowed me to come off the medicine I normally need to tame the pain so I can sleep. So overall, it's still great for me even though I don't think any of these blankets that plug into the grounding part of the outlet are actually connecting you to the earth in any way. The negative that to me proves my point is if you unplug your phone and the end of that cord touches you while it's plugged in and your on the mat, you're likely to get a tiny shock. I oddly tried to plug in a hair dryer to dry my daughter's hair and I was in bed on the sheet and my fingers got close to the outlet and that was a bigger shock. I'd consider these type sheets dangerous if you had a toddler because they can get shocked and I'd be scared to think what could happen if they wet the bed on it. This claims it'll prevent lightning from coming though, I'm super doubtful on that claim too. But anything that helps my leg pain so I can sleep is a win in my book so I'm ok with the negatives even though I got quite a shock today. My leg pain daily is worse than even a bad shock so aside from lightning, I'm ok with that side effect. Now I don't want to know what lightning can do and I hope I never find out but lots of people are using those grounding mats and I didn't trust any of them to be safe against lightning so I guess time will tell and I don't have to give it up. Maybe a big lightning shock can fix sciatica? ;)

I've had this sheet for about six months now, I used it every night at my feet, because the rest of me is always covered in pajamas. I thoughtt would be enough. Tbh I didn't notice any difference at all for the entire time I used it. I wondered if it was doing anything at all. The past week I had hip pain that was getting so bad I was limping through the day and had trouble getting up from a seat. Two nights ago it hurt so bad it woke me up and I couldn't sleep. On a whim I moved the sheet up to my back and legs and hips and slept in my undies so I'd be making as much skin contact as possible. I didn't expect much but what could it hurt to try. The next morning, NO PAIN. Later that day the pain started to come back, so I slept the same way last night. This morning NO PAIN. Today: NO PAIN. I'm shocked and extremely happy!! It does seem to work really well!

Decided to get this and if I didn't see any differences I'd return it. First few days I couldn't sleep on it the whole night. Could feel an energy going thru me. But after several days this worked itself out. The circulation in my legs has improved. I have sleep issues and the length of my sleep intervals has gotten longer. Recommend to anyone looking for improvement in their sleep. I bought a king size sheet for a queen bed presuming I could tuck it in rather than it just be flat; it's smaller than I expected; only comes down a few inches on each side. Definitely need clip-on bands to hold it in place, otherwise it does rumple. When it's held in place it doesn't wrinkle very much. Haven't washed it yet.

It is a nice product and it does help with sleep issues. It would be nice if it was a sheet designed like most sheets are to fit over the side of the bed and tuck in at the foot of the bed. Sheet size is exactly the size of the mattress top. This is only to cover the very top of the mattress area. This makes it necessary to completely remake the bed on a daily basis.

While the sheet was fine, the connection for grounding was a little hit and miss. The snap connection simply sits atop the silver threads in the sheet corner connection point. While it's sewn into the sheet, the snap itself is not well connected. The first picture above shows a finger pointed at where the manufactured snap is located on the opposite side of the sheet. The metal circle below the finger is pointing to a new location used for a second snap connection. The second picture shows the kind of snap that was installed in a different location (the circle for the bottom of the snap that goes all the way through the sheet and the black webbing material that you see on the front side of the sheet. The third picture shows the multimeter reading when it was connected to the snap connection installed by the manufacturer to be 159.2. The fourth picture shows when the connection is made through the newly installed snap connector, which goes all the way through the sheet and through the webbing, and the multimeter has a huge difference being 12.8, which shows how much grounding is really taking place. I believe this is a flaw in the design of the connection being made and is something that the manufacturer should take notice of so that every sheet is solidly connected to the ground snap. Would I buy another sheet with this flaw? Probably I would because it's a good grounding sheet. But I would also install a second connection that it totally and positively connected to the silver threading in the sheet.

We both slept particularly soundly since we have been using this grounding sheet.. it fits well and is good quality. We have recommended it to friends.

I do not see any difference in my sleep pattern.

The product works well as advertised. I can feel the benefits of earthing.
