Finally some relief for GLP-1 constipation!!!
This stuff is amazing! I'm on Mounjaro and for those of us on it you know it constipates us real bad. I've tried everything. Miralax, milk of magnesia, stool softeners, MagO7...and the worst Mag Citrate. All horrible. I take 2 of these in the morning and 2 at night. It's such a relief to be able to go to the bathroom finally. I even kinda like the smell of them and they taste barely minty when you swallow them. I'm shocked honestly cause I was getting desperate for relief that I didn't have to choke down. 10/10 experience.
