I just received this phone today.. I loved everything about the Phone . The phone didn't have any scratches dents or anything. I would recommend on buying a phone off this seller.. It works great with cricket I called the cricket customer service and they activated my phone in seconds .. i have no dislikes about this phone

I normally do not buy refurbished electronics but with today's economy and not wanting to settle for a cheap over the counter phone I decided to try one. Phone arrived a little late due to holiday traffic, packaged professionally phone is in excellent condition also came with a screen protector already installed. Phone operates as should no issues and after doing the updates everything is as should be. I will be purchasing my upgrade later from this company

Unfortunately, Amazon forces you to give at least one star for the review, they do not deserve that. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 for the Cricket network. After receiving the phone and attempting to connect to my account, I was unable. I then took the phone to a Cricket location where I was told the phone did not exist. I started the return process with this company on March 9th and have yet to be refunded. UPS lost the phone during the return shipment process and the company is still refusing to issue me thr more than $200 they charged me for a worthless Samsung. This has been a hassle nobody should have to deal with

I thought it was too good to be true but I ordered it anyway and I love it! No scratches no glitches much faster then my Glaxay A32 put my cricket Sims card in and worked with no issues! I paid 300 for the galaxy A32 at the store I will never do that again!

Bought this phone used. I've had it about 2 months and it's working great. I was a bit worried about battery life as the phone is a few years old at this point but the battery life is still pretty good. No problems great phone for the price.

This phone is so much better than my old one. My old one was a Galazy A11. Its about 5 yrs old and i could not hardly use it anymore. Now the S22 is way better and the phone calls are much better on it.

It wasn’t unlocked and I was unable to connect it, but was in good condition.

Overall phone is great. But the beveled screen edges make it extremely susceptible to chipping and cracking even with a phone case. I have cracked screens on two of these devices from a height of no more than 10 inches with a phone case and screen protector on them. Just keep that in mind when buying.
