I have been using this as an outdoor drining area/pool for my tortoises. It is great for them as it is not too deep and they can get in and out theirselves easily. They like to get in and out to have long drinks (especially with all the lovely weather we have had) - I have often gone to check on them and have found at least one of them (I have 3) stretched out in the middle of the water loving life lol. Great for tortoises but have not used as a sand pit.

My 3 year old loves this. It came quick and is definitely sturdy and lives up to the name tuff tray. My 3 year old jumps in it, pours plastic toys into it over and over again and all sorts. Not a mark on it. It's perfect for messy play and cleans super easy. Best purchase I've made in a long time.
