What is the voltage rating for the anl fuse? my amp needs a 30a fuse, but i can only find 32 volt anl fuses online.

The VSAWK8 comes complete with a 60A fuse. The smallest rated fuse we sell in this MANL format is 40A. For lower size consider a VIBE CL10AWKT-V7 complete with 30A ATC fuse. That way the cable fuse will definitely pop before the amp fuse. It is the cable that needs protecting first to prevent damage. It would take a catastrophic failure for the amp fuse to blow. (Short circuit, wrong polarity installation, internal irreparable fault)

My 200W subwoofer has a 7.5amp fuse on it, do i still need to to use the additional fuse included in this kit?

Yes! The fuse will protect if there is a short in the main positive wire. Positive wires should be fused as close to the source of power as possible, to avoid short to ground issues. It would be dangerous without the online fuse.
