Great for post concussion relief, and support for recovery. It freezes well, and stays cooler than other brands. Its thicker, which probably helps with retaining the cold longer! It stays in place on your head! And the stretching and elasticity makes the fit snug. The Black is great if you have light sensitivity! It blocks out mostly, any unwanted light.

Stays cooling for 15-20 minutes. Stays in place and very soft. Excellent for dealing with headaches and somatic containment when overwhelmed.

I highly recommend this set to anyone who may have migraines, or tension headaches. It works so well in relieving the pressure and throbbing of my headaches. It worked so well I purchased one for my son who also suffers from migraines.

So far after a night used im happy with it. Time will tell but it work good to me. After using it for awhile personally wish it was a bit bigger around neck. Sometime feels like it choking me. Other than that good product

This may be my most favorite thing I've ever purchased! The two pieces are soft, and very comfortable. This is important when you are in pain and discomfort. The head portion, I could pull down over my eyes which cooled my forehead, and kept it dark during my migraine flare. The neck portion I wrapped around my neck and tucked it under my shirt so it had skin contact and felt really good. It didn't stay cool super long, but long enough for relief! It could easily be used on other areas on the body. Gentle for kids too, I'd say. Really satisfied with this purchase. What a relief!

These are great devices! I wish they would stay cold longer, but works very well.

This item was recommended by my physical therapist for tension in my neck and sort of tingling feelings on the back of my scalp from the tightness. It has been amazing and even if you do not put it in the freezer or the fridge if you just leave it laying out, it will become chilled enough to give you a bit of relief without it being too cold.

I have migraines and these are fantastic. Just the right temperature out of the freezer and they stay cold for a while.

I've had nightly migraines for years and ice is the only thing that helps. It's hard propping the bumpy ice packs around my head while I'm trying to sleep. This new hood encases my entire head and is very cold for about 15 minutes and then a little bit cold for an additional 1/2 hour. I wish it stayed super cold longer but still, it really helps me and is far better than the bags that hold beads/beans. After 45 minutes I swap the hood with the neck wrap (which is also easy to wrap around my head. They are really thin so takes up very little room in the freezer. The large sized one fits my very large head with room to spare. Also, it's super soft and comfortable. I'll keep using my ice bags along with this (because the ice lasts most of the night) - but I'm getting rid of all my bulky bean bags. I plan to buy another set of these so I am ready for even the worst nights. I wish I knew about these years ago.

These are frigging awesome. They work great if they’re frozen. Makes it nice and cold on your head when you’re having a migraine or when allergies have taken over. Reduces your eye bags and helped so much with neck pain I love this hands down. I would so much recommend this to everyone who has migraines or allergies.

If you suffer as I do with headaches then this combo will be a lifesaver. Plus, it does feel incredible for Hot Flashes... The cold lasts a long time and it is comfortable to wear.

Has been a life saver when I've had a really bad migraine and my pain meds haven't kicked in yet. Thankfully my pain meds work pretty good but if I don't take it soon enough or if it's a really bad one it can take a while to kick in. So i used this a few times and it was nice that i conveniently covered the areas i need it to. Much better than what I had previously been using. Now my son often uses it for his swollen ankle.
