Soy Menopause Supplement Tablets, 45 Count

I waited more than 30 days to write a review. These pills are amazing. I'm in full blown menopause and it's bad. These pills have cut my hot flashes, the horrible hot flushes I get at night down by at least 95%! I can not sweat due to a spinal cord injury. I was really suffering, my night sweats were like hot flushes coming up in my body increasing my body tempture to unbareable temps! (My husband said I felt like I could burn him my skin would get so hot!) I had to get in a cold shower to cool down 2-6 times at night and a couple of times throughout the day. It was awful! I did not want to take HRT's due to the high cancer factor that comes with taking them. I started taking these pills on a recommendation from a friend. (Soy has something natural in it that is like estrogen) I also take Black Cohosh & snack on soy nuts. My mood swings have even leveled out. It took about 24-30 days before they started to help. It's amazing. I highly recommend. I will not run out of these. I may take them for the rest if my life, after reading some post menopausal women still get the occasional hot flash & night sweats. I can not bare to have either. Everyone in my house is happier.

I dont know if I notice any difference by taking this product. I have found other products that made me feel better. I should have just stayed with those. But, with any product, every person is different and they work different on people.

My mother ordered this product and definitely was not satisfied. She ended up throwing it in the trash. She did not see any differences or improvements. She ended up buying a similar product the Vitamin Shoppe brand and it has worked a lot better.

I am trying to wean off 2 mg estradiol hormone therapy. After two years of use doctor said I should try to stop taking it. Ok, fine. I then started taking this product while weaning off hormone replacement therapy. After 16 weeks I was totally off estradiol and using this product. The hot flashes and night sweats came back within a month and were just as bad as before. Even with drinking soy milk and taking this product as directed it did nothing for the symptoms. Went back on estradiol at 2mg and am currently weaned back down to 1mg daily. Don't waste your money.

I ordered and received this product very quickly, which made me quite happy since the purpose of it is to relieve menopause symptoms, and I have been suffering with sympotms daily. My ob/gyn recommended I take this to relieve symptoms and that it would probably take 3 to 4 weeks to begin experiencing relief. He also has me taking black cohosh in combination with it. Fortunately, I saw an improvment almost immediately! It's been several days now and I feel considerably better, so I am very pleased. I couldn't find this supplement in my local stores so ordering through Amazon is perfect. I would highly recommend this product. It's certainly worth trying before taking hormone replacement therapy.

I began taking this supplement at least ten years ago, when I was experiencing some severe peri-menopausal symptoms such as heart palpitations. After putting me on a heart monitor for 24 hours, my general physician was about to write me a prescription to regulate my heart rate (but that would have had side effects on my blood pressure) when I decided to try Healthy Woman first. In a very short time, my heart palpitations were gone, and I've been taking it ever since--almost. Several years went by since I first started taking Healthy Woman, and I stopped taking it when I couldn't find it at my local drugstore anymore. After about a month, I started experiencing severe menopausal symptoms again -- this time hot flashes were the most pronounced. It took me a while to find this supplement again (on Amazon) but I'm grateful to have found it. Once I started back on it, the symptoms are more manageable. I'm not saying everyone will experience the same dramatic effects I did, but it's worth a try.

I've been taking Healthy Women for 2-3 years. It has helped GREATLY decrease and even stop me from having hot flashes. As long as I take one a day I am fine, but as soon as I stop taking them I will start having hot flashes again. Thank God for this product. I can get a full night sleep without hot flashes and no hot flashes during the day. I have tried other brands and products, but they do not work like this one for me. I was so happy to find this product online because I could no longer find it any local stores.

I have used this product for years and it just works for me. Took about three weeks to a month when I first started taking it to really notice a difference. But then the difference for me was dramatic. I will not be without Healthy Woman Soy. Before I found this I tried a couple of other products that either did not work or I had side effects from. Everybody is different so what works for me might not work for you, but if you are menopausal do not suffer find what works best for you. So happy I found it.
