Using this as part of nutritional supplements for Fibromyalgia. Works wonders! I have had so much more energy. It is great quality for the money. After three weeks of use between my partner and myself, who also has Fibromyalgia, we still have loads left from 1 container. Well worth the money and arrived on time. Will definitely keep buying.

Like most things I bought it to improve my health but I’m not keen on the taste. But I’m sure that if I could get past that it would be beneficial

I had never tried D-Ribose before. I recently heard a podcast of Ben Greenfield who is a big fan of D-Ribose and so I immediately bought the product. Having done research after purchase I can see D-Ribose has been used to help people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I can see why. I feel mentally clearer and more capable of carrying out my tasks after I take this stuff (1 & 1/2 teaspoons is enough to feel an effect- taking more upset my stomach a little bit). I was also able to articulate myself better with this - better word association and explanation of information. Little bit of adaptaption to it so maybe give it a rest at the weekend when you don't need it. 10/10 though and I will add it to my stack! Oh, I add 3 grams of creatine to it also which I think boosts the ATP boosting effects.

I buy this regularly for CFS and it’s always good. Quick to arrive.
