Absolute superb bit of kit made from quality materials. This mount provides a rock solid grip and holds my Nikon D5500 super steady even on a windy day at the beach. Perfect partner with a gorilla pod. I done hours and hours of research and believe me this is excellent value for money. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is a great little tripod head. Very neat, nicely made and easy to use. Great value for the money. I had a Giottos with a supposed “easy remove camera foot” that has always been “not easy to remove .....” - but this little head is much much better - IMO . 😁 10/10

This tripod head fitted straight on to my aged tripod and is very sturdy. It holds the camera securely and I particularly like the pan facility which is separate from the ball and socket screw. However I did find the method of connecting to the camera bit fiddly. Having a separate connector plate is great if you are regularly using a tripod and need to keep taking the camera on and off. If I leave the plate on the camera it will not fit into its case. A way to connect directly to the camera would be useful

For such a cheap and small ball head, Neewer have got it spot on. It locks into place securely. The base plate is nice and small. It's pretty light and just does the job well. Feels like a very premium product but at a very good price.

Bought this because I needed a lightweight Arca Swiss compatible ballhead. It's okay but the thing I don't like about it is that it's not possible to completely lock the ball in position. It will be okay as long as the centre of balance of your gear isn't top heavy. If it is then however much you tighten it it will slowly move out of position. I've had other cheap ball heads that are lower rated for weight but they can lock 100%. Still not too bad due the price and weight.

If you are like me and don't need big head for your tripod/monopod, this one is a good choice. Made mostly of metal parts (only the small handles are plastic), it does what is supposed to - to keep the camera or whatever you mount there stable. I used it with DJI Osmo Mobile 3 as extending handle, and with a small DSLR on monopod for extra stability during video shooting. The head doesn't add too much of weight, something which I appreciate.

Great lightweight camera adapter. Very well made and nice and lightweight. I use it with my DSLR on a telescope mount for astrophotography

Item arrived on time, its well made and good quality, I thought it might be a little small for a SLR but it holds my Canon eos 70d very well, I recommend this item

ich fotografiere als Hobby viele und oft und oft auch in grenzwertigem Licht, mit längeren Belichtungszeiten, bei dem ein Stativ gute Dienste leistet,.. ich bevorzuge Einbeinstative, da die viel handlicher sind, und wenn die angelehnt werden können,. oder im Sitzen verwendet werden, nahezu genauso stabil wie ein Dreibeinstativ sind,.. leider sind Stative sehr teuer (eher von 200Eiro aufwärts..), aber es gibt auch deutlich günstigere Alternativen, die sehr funktionieren, aber deren Anschluß oben am Kugelgelenk eine Schwachstelle aus Kunststoff haben, die irgendwann nach 2-3 Jahren plötzlich kaputt gehen und die Camera fast vom Stativ auf den Boden fallen würde, läge der Cameragurt nicht zusätzlich um den Hals, um so etwas zu verhindern,.. dann ist das Stativ von der Teleskopbedienung noch einwandfrei, aber der Oberer Teil mit Kugelgelenk, um die Camera zu schwenken, defekt, und die Camera kann nicht mehr einfach zum Motiv geschwenkt werden,.. ein neues Einbeinteleskopstativ zu kaufen wäre Unsinn, aber einen passendes Kugelkopfgelenk zu ersetzen nicht leicht, viele einzelen Kugelkopfanschlüsse für Objektive kosten weit mehr, als ein teueres ganzes neues Objektiv! und bei den Gewinden für den Anschluss am Objektiv gibts oft zu große Schraubgewinde, die nicht auf den unteren Anschluss passen! Aber dieses Kugelkopfgelenk ist eins der wenigsten die vom Gewinde oben passen und gleichzeitig von den Einzelteilen des Kugelgelenks und der Gegenseite der Lagerung stabiles material haben, robust sind schon seit Jahren halten und einen günstigen Preis haben, der günstiger als ein teures neues Stativ war! das war genau das Ersatzteil und um das gestehende Untere Teleskopstativ mit einem stabilen Kugelkopf zu ergänzen! Qualität ist selten, aber hier ist der Preis sogar noch super!
