I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.

I have a problem with my foot hurting from longer walks for a while. Physiotherapy and other insoles has not had desired effect. Could be that from using Superfeet Green insoles for months that my foot is feeling better after longer walks. Great stability, fit, comfort and helpful in aligning the foot the right way

These and the soles brand are both good durable insoles for people needing arch support. They are stiff enough to work well.

tengo pie semi plano y a veces es dificil encontrar plantillas que la dureza no lastime el arco del pie. Me gustan las superfeet porque son firmes con el apoyo pero el foam de la plantilla permite que el arco no se lastime, gran compra
