Simple Tool That Becomes a Favorite
Picked this up just to try it out, and now I love it. It’s one of those tools you don’t think you need until you actually use it. The carbide tip marks clean and precise on just about anything—metal, wood, plastic—without fading or smudging like a pencil or marker. Makes layout work way easier, especially when you need accuracy. Build quality feels solid, and it’s comfortable to hold and use for longer periods. It’s also small enough to keep on you or in your tool pouch without getting in the way. Overall, simple but super useful. Definitely turned into a go-to tool for me.

Very fine, very sharp tungsten tip. Excellent for precision marking out. Easy to fracture the tungsten if you try push too hard, which will cut swarf off your workpiece. Lots of spare tips. Not sure how well the light aluminium body and collet will last but I'll find out. Not complaining for the price. Good for precision scribing, not so much for heavy scribing, due to the very fine tip.
