Should I install these door locks right in between the handle and dead bolt or right above the dead bolt? Which would give me a maximum benefit?

Dear Customer, we suggest that you install these door locks correctly above the dead bolt.

Are they fire marshall approved?

Hmmm ill say yes 2that because they have Axe's so yess👍🏼

My door open from the inside out can it work for?

No it will not. Your door needs to open to the inside. Sorry.

is this installed with screws to the door frame? Can it be used without screwing anything into the door itself?

Yes you screw into the door frame. Nothing gets screwed into the door.
