Insaporito re buonissimo
L’ho acquistato per mia mamma che lo usa da anni e lo prendeva in Croazia facendone scorta per tutto l’anno durante le vacanze estive. Un tempo costava davvero pochissimo. Adesso il costo è lievitato esponenzialmente ma lei non ne può fare a meno. Oltretutto non può più andare all’estero (mio papà è disabile) quindi se lo faceva spedire da un’amica, con mille disguidi e disagi per la signora…invece con Amazon il problema è risolto. Abbiamo acquistato la confezione da chilo. Arrivata con scatola di imballaggio esterna perfettamente chiusa ma all’interno il pacchetto si era rotto…peccato. Ho dato lo stesso cinque stelle perché comunque abbiamo recuperato il contenuto. Solo poco materiale era fuoriuscito. L’insaporitore è molto valido, ha comunque glutammato quindi io non lo userei nel quotidiano. Mia mamma lo metterebbe anche nel caffellatte. Lo usa sia per le minestre, anche nelle verdure salariate in padella e per quelle al forno (peperoni a quadretti con una spolverata di pangrattato + olio e vegeta un pochino di acqua, passati per 20 minuti al forno grill, sono spettacolari. Anche i pomodori a grappolo fatti così sono deliziosi). La mette anche nel risotto facendo a metà con il dado…nel sugo al pomodoro negli arrosti, insomma…dappertutto!
