This product really boosts my mood and makes me feel calm. The combo is incredible for me. The label has a caution against taking this with other prescription medication, so check with your doctor. Preferably a functional medicine doctor. Research each ingredient separately, and as a combo. Consider trying this company's saffron only product by itself first, for example. I loved this supplement and trust this brand, as they do 3rd party testing for their products, but had to stop taking it when I realized it has St. John’s Wort in it. Please stop adding this ingredient to mental wellness supplements when it directly impacts the efficacy of antidepressants. SJW speeds up the way your body metabolizes antidepressants and can lead to a life threatening condition called serotonin syndrome. I cannot understand why this ingredient would be in any mental wellness supplements (should be a singular supplement you take if you choose to) - as I’m sure a very high number of people already taking antidepressants are likely the consumers of mental wellness supplements to *supplement* and support our bodies and brain health. Again, I love and trust this brand but formula needs to be reconsidered. As with all supplements, you should let your doctor know what you are taking or want to try so they can counsel you ahead of time when considering vitamins and supplements - however - companies including certain ingredients such as SJW should also have a warning on the label of formulations warning consumers of the very real and potentially serious interaction possible.
