My Switch Pro controller had some drifting problems that no amount of disassembling and cleaning fixed but I found a reddit post that gave instructions on how to repair it (Google "Nintendo Switch Pro Controller Analog Stick PERMANENT Fix"). No soldering/desoldering was required. It just basically involved taking the white disk portion of these sensors and swapping them out with the busted one in the controller. Pretty simple task.

So far I have repair 2 Series S/X controller and 2 first gen Elite controller. Most we just replacing the center contact which doesn't require you do do any soldering. Well worth the money if you know what you doing.

I have done my fair share of donor parts from controller to controller but this was my first time buying fresh, unused parts from Amazon. This package was a abomination to even 5 year old OEM parts that already had stick drift. I have a picture for reference but after replacing all four parts, hoping for a fresh, more tighter tolerated dead zone, I was PERPLEXED to discover the white areas on the "new" parts are like DEAD ZONES to negate any drift at neutral. DO NOT buy these and look specifically for parts that have all black contacts like my outter OEM parts. You will know if you have worn parts because the inner ring will have scratch marks and your outer ring will have wear marks at the top. I can see these as Replacements for games that don't require very fine movement like competitive controller FPS games, but for ALL who seek righted tolerances, seek elsewhere.

They said OEM original equipment manufacturer but they did not fit they were. Circle mine were not.
