Can you use these stands for a backdrop with a crossbar?

I don’t see why not, looks like the same as the ones that came with my backdrop kit. Just need to make sure you have the proper attachments.

Plan to use it with Wescott 7' Umbrella. Anyone ?

If you are concerned with stability, you should be fine. I had a crude setup with a 3' x 3' Lastolite EZ box, and it held up just fine.

where can i get a replacement screw for this stand?

if you need the red flip-over thumbscrew; you'll need to get that through Manfrotto parts; it's a custom, dual-threaded screw with the red thumbscrew; so it won't accommodate normal hardware. otherwise, you could use an appropriate sized general hardware, but normal nuts are too thick to accommodate the nesting feature of multiple units.
