Really cute item but the spoon is absolutely pointless and is the only reason knocked a star off.

My toddler is obsessed with dippy eggs and this cup set has made her so very happy. Wish it were a non-slip base, but we still love it anyway.

Although an adult. My egg cup was too large for a large egg. So decided to look for alternatives. Found a plastic cup which looks like a chick. So ordered. It’s perfect. Didn’t need the spoon so unused.

These egg cups are very cute to.look at but unfortunately when they have an egg on board they are unbalanced and tend to fall.over...not ideal. They need bigger feet!

Very happy. It's adorable and easy to clean, and holds my soft-boiled eggs in place while I eat. The little spoon cannot break the top, but it scrapes the inside nicely to get all the egg out. My spoon did not come with the egg on top, and it was beautifully curved at the bottom. Less cute than the one pictured, but it worked better - I've tried both. Easier to hold, too. Please keep in mind these egghead cups do best with very large eggs, but I can still make it work with small ones if I put a little paper towel cushion in the bottom.
