They are white and come on the little blue applicator so that you can remove the old (I had already done this bit) and on the applicator is a new one ready to press on and discard. I am registered blind to this was made easier by this product. I would recommend to anyone with in ear aids to stop wax getting in to the aid and reducing the life. I also put mine in a dry box over night and so far they are going well and a real bonus to my life. Wearing bilateral Nera 2 aids This product helped me and I would recommend to anybody else in the same situation. Thanks. Review: Oticon. Wrong item sent! - Oticon No Wax is a reliable product and I have never had any problems with them. Unfortunately, I was sent an inferior substitute;- unbranded wax traps of a completely different design! I thought the design had changed, and opened the pack to try to use them, but they do not fit my hearing aids, so I have wasted my money! I am very annoyed about this, but relieved to see that the ones I ordered are still available!

Very expensive
I have to buy these wax protectors but find them very expensive .this was made worse by the fact that a small number were faulty . Oticon hearing aids are very expensive and we have to pay exorbitant charges for the accessories This is yet another example of handicapped people being taken to the cleaners You should take this into consideration before investing in oticon products

Wrong size l gather the sizes are not standard in all hearing aids
Not able to use them possibly because they were the wrong size

These work fine for my hearing aids, keeping the wax in my ears from entering my hearing aids.

I thoughtlessly rated this as 1 star. Because the photo showed branded wax stops and the ones i received were not. They fit, they work, they do the job. So this is in an effort to set the record straight. I was a bit harsh,sorry.
