works fine
Allows me to use my cubase and wavelab software on two (or more) different computers. Very easy to set up licences. Have bought a little usb pen drive case for it though as it's quite fragile and if it is lost or broken then that's your software gone forever!

Does what it says..
I had to replace my usb elicenser because the original was a bit unreliable and the casing split. It does what it says on the tin and lets hope it lasts longer than a year and a half.

Abysmal quality
Very poor quality. Although brand new, it's already developed cracks. The old one, although almost unused and taken good care of, just stopped working. Is it Steinberg trying to tax us for using their products? I must admit I don't have good opinion about this company. Probably the last product I've ever bought from them.

Does the job
I misplaced my dongle during a move, and the only way I could think of to find it was to order a new one. I ordered this new one and it works fine and of course I found the original one as soon as I got this replacement! So now I have two but that’s OK. I can have my DAW on two computers at once now!
