Will this work for pulling 45-70 bullets?

Yes. It works for all .45 Cal bullets. I had to pull almost 50, .45 ACP because there was not enough neck tension on the bullets. It pulled them without any damage to the projectile, so I could use them again. Just raise the projectile into the collet enough to get a grip on it, then tighten the cam lock. Then just lower the ram and it will pull them out. So, you can reuse the shell, powder, and the bullet.

Is this collett for .40 S&W?

Yes it is. Just a tip be carefull when using these and make sure the brass doesn't go into the collet. It happened to me and i couldnt remove the brass after i locked it in. When i was able to get the brass out it also cut of an 1/8th of an inch ring from the moth of the case.

Anyone try it on .45ACP, .451~.452?

Yes - I use it all the time on .45 bullets of all sorts, including wadcutters, JHP and FMJ ball sized from 185 to 230 grains. Haven't loaded any lead, but it should work fine there as well.

What size collet for a 10mm or 40 cal

As I understand the puller is only for rifle cartridges- Pistol hornady has the hammer inertia puller
