One of the best purchases for my gaming PC
This might genuinely be one of the best purchases I’ve made for my gaming PC. I’m using the Artis 1500VA UPS with my setup running an RX 9060 XT, Ryzen 7 5700X3D, a 27-inch 180Hz gaming monitor, and my wifi router plugged in as well.My PC draws around 500–600W under load, and the UPS has handled it really well. The transition from main power to battery, and back again when power returns, has been seamless. I haven’t noticed any flickering on my monitor or interruptions while gaming. So far, it has given me around 15–20 minutes of backup while gaming. I haven’t fully stress-tested the maximum runtime yet, so it may be able to provide even more depending on the load. The beeping is a bit loud, but the backup and reliability more than make up for it. Definitely a 5-star purchase.

Good Product and VFM
After a month of use here are my observations -Pros -1. Great load capacity - I'm not sure about the full 900W but my system draws around 600W and I've got more than enough time while not gaming (30 - 45 mins) and enough time while gaming to play for 10-15 mins and save the game and shut down if needed.2. Space saving - Hardly takes space and is very compact for the load capacity.3. Backup is instant and fast, never had any reboots or power loss events on the PC. So far so good.Cons -1. The beeping noise when on battery is too frequent. Can get a little annoying .2. There seems to be a slight buzzing sound when in battery mode not sure if that is expected.3. The fan can be little bit noisy but in my experience in past APC 1100va is louder so its not that bad.

It's a powerhouse
Product: Artis 1500VA Line Interactive UPSI bought this as I'm affected by frequent power outages and fluctuations, wanted to work and protect my setup. My power requirement is very low below 50-80W. (BenQ monitor(15*W) + Nuuk Fan (5W) + Wipro Lamp (8W) ± Laptop (60W) which I disconnect)For me it worked for over almost an hour so far with no issues, yet to see it go low battery. My priority is long backup. So far I've not faced any issues, my suggestions is to keep this on the floor and away from our breathing as far as possible, it smells like chemicals. It's not very loud. The fan is pretty silent. For a UPS sold for long working times, I wish it had a silent mode and didn't beep every 10 seconds. It's pretty heavy. It handles quick fluctuations and low load connections. For this price I wish it didn't look this ordinary and shows some working related numbers

Long Wait for Warranty Replacement With No Clear Updates
I purchased the Artis PowerSafe 1500VA UPS from Amazon on 8 October 2024. The UPS worked fine initially, but within the warranty period it developed a serious fault. Even when the UPS was switched OFF, it continued passing mains power directly to the output, which defeats the purpose of having a UPS.I contacted Artis support on 27 June 2026. They accepted the warranty claim and arranged a pickup. The UPS was collected on 1 July and delivered to their service centre on 10 July. From 11 July onwards, I kept receiving the same response that my replacement would be shipped soon. After several follow ups, on 16 July I was informed that the replacement unit was on backorder, but no expected date was provided. On 20 July, Artis confirmed that my UPS was beyond repair and would be replaced, yet they still could not tell me when it would actually be dispatched. For several weeks, I kept asking for a proper update, an expected dispatch date, or an RMA number, but I never received a clear answer. Since I had already been waiting for weeks with no resolution, I finally had to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).I understand that electronic products can fail, and I was not upset because the UPS stopped working. What disappointed me was the warranty support. Once the company had confirmed that my UPS could not be repaired, I expected a replacement within a reasonable time or at least honest communication with a clear timeline. If you are planning to buy this UPS, please do not judge it only by the product. Also consider the after sales service, because that is what really matters when you need warranty support. My experience with the warranty process has been frustrating and disappointing.

Good UPS, Can Support 750W Gaming PC Setup
UPS behaves as designed, mine arrived with no issues with packaging or unit itself. It is able to support my gaming PC with 750W Gold PSU, 9070XT ~320W, 7700X ~90W, 27in monitor, PS5 in idle, and 60W+ phone charger without interruption when power is lostDuring first 2-3 nights it would click on and off with the fan running which was audible and a bit distracting but this stopped after, and has happened only once or twice since August with my usage. When in battery power mode it beeps often so it can get annoying, for my use case I only need it to provide power before generator backup restores power. Fan is also somewhat loud and annoying buzzing sound when it is on battery power.

Hit or missing buy
It worked fine for a few months. But then it randomly started to flicker between backup mode and live mode even though I had electricity. And now it stopped working completely

Excellent UPS
The Artis 1500VA (900W) UPS is a high-performance backup solution with one major catch: it is incredibly loud noise .The ProsSuperb Battery Life: Armed with dual 12V 9Ah batteries, it gives a standard office PC 45–60 minutes of backup, and a heavy gaming rig 15–25 minutes.Reliable Protection: Fast 2–4ms switching ensures your PC never restarts during a blackout, and built-in AVR handles voltage spikes smoothly. The ConsAnnoying Fan Noise: The internal cooling fan is loud, whiny, and aggressive. It kicks in during charging, backup, and voltage regulation, which can be highly distracting in a quiet room.
