SolarMate Murano Solar Garden Light, Globe Midnight

This was a replacement for an earlier light.

I ordered two of these lights. One of them has proved to be unsatisfactory in that the bulb inside the globe is not sitting properly. I thought this would not matter but it gives a much reduced level of light compared to the other one purchased at the same time.I also ordered another similar light (but different globe colour) from another supplier, which is fully working.Therefore if you get a delivery of one of these lights check the bulb is sitting upright before you put it together and place in your garden or you will face a disappointment.They are very attractive when working properly as I know from the two others I purchased.

Very weak link at the join by the solar cell. Two of the ones we bought broke in the wind and heavy rain. However, Amazon were really good and replaced both with no quibble and they arrived the next day. Hopefully these will last longer.

Looks great, but would be better if larger and with a more powerful light

Looked like a good deal and quality product, but has not worked in the week I've had it in the garden!
