Good quality
Good flour for use on the AIP Diet. Slightly pricey. No annoying aftertaste. I've used it along with other ingredients for Aip pancakes and fruit crumble. Doesn't last that long for the money.

Tastes like soured milk
Smelled sour and tasted rank - my cookie recipe was ruined and tasted like off milk, which is impressive for a dairy free recipe. Waste of money, going straight into the bin along with the cookies 😩 don’t buy!

Stinks!
It's an OKAY flour on its own, but it stinks! I baked with cassava flour for ages and it was the first one that had this somewhat foul smell. Next time I'll make a question to buy only organic flour

Strange flavor
The package is not expired but it has a strange taste that is not normal. So I don't know what to say. What you cook has that flavor. I made empanadas with this flour.

DO NOT BUY
This is definitely not cassava flour. A bitter/sour fawl smell came out of it as soon as I opened it. I tasted it to see if it was edible and it's sour and really nasty. A real waste of money!!!!! Doesn't deserve a single star.

It’s flour
All said and done, it’s flour for dietary reasons….. it’s the cheapest I have found but still expensive compared to corn/wheat flour !
