One of the best vitamin B complex, in my opinion. The dosage seems to be just right. It gives me energy during the day and, hopefully, supports my sleep at night. The liposomal form seems to work better than the ordinary one.

Die Ölkapsel ist sehr leicht zu schlucken, sie hat auch keinen Beigeschmack!! Ich verwende sie gemeinsam mit Omega 3.

Siempre que quiero tomar un nuevo suplemento, busco hasta la saciedad para encontrar la mejor composición, ya que la mayoría tienen tóxicos dentro de sus ingredientes. Este producto tiene una composición excelente y además es grupo B metilado (aunque no lo pone en el elvase y eso no me gusta) y liposomado.

Die Kapseln sind immer schnell geliefert. Ich weiss nicht richtig wie gut sie tun. Ein extra-Schub Energie merke ich nicht. Aber ich merke auch keine Schaden.
