I purchased this top for an original kamado smoker, it for perfectly and looks much better than the piece of wood I was using.

Fit great on our Large Green Egg
We had to replace the top on our big green egg. This top came in quick and was a great replacement piece for the one that broke. Would recommend.

Slightly larger and rings like a bell
I got this item as my newer egg did not come with one as my older egg did. Not the exact item, but looks close enough. It seems to have a slightly larger fit, which I think will work for the egg I intend to use it on as it has a felt around the chimney. Neither good or bad, I found it interesting that this item rings like a bell when tapped. I am not sure what that means. I may edit my review after a few cooks on the egg.
