they work!
they do as it states in description...absorb and becomes gel. I do use 2 pads in the liner of commode chair.

Why not more stars
I have purchase different variety of these and by far these are the best. Had few of others and found they are thicker. The others are thin as paper towels. Spend the money on this brand. Very much so this is the best.
