This battery worked great. I installed it in a Dell Latitude 7400. The first two times I installed it, it was not charging correctly. I was getting blinking yellow warning lights on the laptop charging light. The solution was that I did not have the connector cable on the laptop completely plugged into the battery. So it was a bad connection issue. Plugging the cable firmly into the battery resolved the issue.

Terrible battery fake capacity and unstable discharge (with real data) I rarely leave reviews, but this one is necessary to warn others. I bought this “68Wh” replacement battery for my Dell Latitude 5501. It installs fine and charges to 100%, but the performance is completely unacceptable. Here is actual data from my battery report: 09:55 → 99% (48,245 mWh) 10:26 → 77% (37,149 mWh) 11:16 → 58% (27,983 mWh) 11:52 → 36% (17,298 mWh) That means it dropped from ~100% to 36% in less than 2 hours of light/normal use. This is NOT normal for a 68Wh battery. In addition: The battery drains extremely fast even in standby. The percentage is unstable and sometimes drops suddenly. Real battery life is around 2 hours (should be 5+ hours for this laptop). I performed proper calibration cycles and updated BIOS, so this is not a system issue. The problem is clearly the battery itself. The reported full charge capacity is far below design capacity, and the discharge curve is inconsistent, which strongly suggests low-quality or defective cells. This product is misleading. It may say 68Wh, but it does not perform anywhere close to that. Avoid this battery and invest in a higher-quality or genuine Dell replacement. You will save yourself time, frustration, and money

Came with the needed tools. Charged up and worked just fine. And the tools weren’t bad ones either.

Delivered in less than 24 hrs! Easy install, laptop booted up, happy camper (me!). Can’t say how long battery life is, haven’t tried running solely on battery, so only gave it 4 stars - really cant judge. Overall very satisfied.

I was little nervous while ordering the battery particularly its timing but it’s more than my expectations. The battery is running fine for 3 hours while videos were running in background. Most importantly it’s cheaper but good quality.
