Ultimate Hand Helper

Well made and easier to use than the common squeeze lever. The tension comes from rubber bands. Three different sizes are included. You might want two units if your hands are really weak-one with lowest tension to warm up, and one with more tension to strengthen; plus a friend may well want to borrow one to try.

I've been rebuilding the strength of my hand and had to start at about nothing. It is a great product for that. I've been able to increase the resistance as my hand gets stronger.

My husband has little use of the right side, this was recommended by therapy and he is able to exercise his fingers with little help from me. Works very good.

About a year ago I had a stroke which seriously limited the movement in my left hand. By exercising with this hand helper the movement in my hand returned to almost normal. It is well built and easy to use.

Got for my husband. It seems to be helping his hand strength. His OT recommended that he get one and I was happy to find it at a lower price on Amazon than the one they were selling.

Curved and adjustable a boon.

For the intended use it's great, but one of the plastic range limiting clips broke after about 6 uses.
