This is the first time I am trying this product and was very satisfied with the volume it creates. It does not have a flowery scent, but it is OK for the smell. It thickens up and is easy to lather through the hair. It was suggested to leave it on longer, so I wash the hair first so it can sit longer in my hair. I am hoping that it will provide hair growth stimulation over some time. I can't report on that yet. The ingredients were great, and my hair has felt softer since using it. I have very knotty hair when it is washed, and have to use a good conditioner to get the knots out when rinsed. I wish this had its own conditioner, because I would be willing to try their brand. I am hoping to see a difference soon and will buy again if that happens.

I could not wait to write this review. My hair has been thinning lately, when I took a shower there would be so much hair in the drain, and I have been watching thinning spots by either side or my bangs, where my hairline was actually receding. I was not liking it. So I went to amazon to search for a product/shampoo that would promote new hair growth and stop losing my hair. I wasn't really expecting much to be honest. I came across this Biotin shampoo and I read all the reviews. People actually saying that after a few uses they could see new hair sprouting. And there were even some pictures that looked pretty encouraging. But still, I just couldn't imagine that a cure for this horrific problem could be so easy. So I ordered it, LESS than 2 weeks ago. I washed my hair immediately the day I got it in the mail. And the first thing that floored me there was NO hair in my hair catcher in my drain after I washed my hair. I laughed out loud. It has now been less than 2 weeks, I've used it like 3 or 4 times, and I have NEW HAIR SPROUTING like new grass in my thinning spots. I swear to you I do. On both sides of my hairline, AND filling in my hairline in my bangs. I don't even know what else to say but that this stuff is a miracle. Nothing less. And there is either none, or close to no hair loss when I wash my hair. It's almost ridiculous. I just ordered a biotin leave in serum to keep the ball rolling, but I will tell you, anyone who is on the fence as to whether they should try this shampoo, should! I'm almost laughing. I have baby little blonde hairs sprouting up this fast. And my hair, how it feels and smells, it's unbelievably fabulous. And this stuff costs 11 bucks? If I didn't see this with my own eyes, I would not believe it. What people are saying here is true, I am so glad I didn't just say it sounded too good to be true and blow it off. Thinning hair is awful, whether you are a man or a woman. All I know is my brother spent tons for his hair plugs, and he needs them again. I don't know if every single person is getting these results, but for 11 bucks, I think you should try it and see. I will NEVER stop using this shampoo.

I selected this shampoo after a lengthy search and have been using it for about a year now. I have fine, thin hair and had shedding concerns. This shampoo has controlled the hair loss but is not a miracle product. My hair growth has not changed. I consider this to be better than other shampoos and good for hair maintenance. It works best when paired with a conditioner. It does not lather as well as other shampoos but that may be because of the natural ingredients. My hair is softer and has a natural shine. This product is good value for the money and I intend to keep using it.

The reason why I give this product a three star is because this product does work. I was losing a lot of hair and thinning out really really fast within one month due to losing weight extremely fast. It was so bad to the point where I touch my hair and five or six strands will fall out just by touching it, not pulling just touching. I didn’t think this shampoo would work, but I was willing to give everything a shot. The only problem with the shampoo is I think I am allergic to it. I’ve used it for two weeks. After a few days, I noticed that my hair reduce shedding by a lot. It went back to normal shedding, only when I wash my hair. Then after two weeks of use, my head became really really itchy. I looked at my scalp, it seems normal no redness or anything. I then started to have some very small dandruff flakes all over. Google the symptoms and I believe it is dry scalp. The itchiness was so bad it is not tolerable. Yesterday I decided to wash my hair with head and shoulders shampoo instead. That’s the shampoo my husband use for years and the only other kind I have at home. I was desperate to see if I can wash off any kind of chemical lingering in my hair causing the itchiness. FYI, I also use hair oil so it is not the dryness that is causing the itchiness. Hair oil didn’t help the itchiness. And miraculously, after using the head and shoulder my head went back to normal immediately. The itchiness went away. I know it wasn’t the biotin conditioner that I was allergic to, because I also used that, but I didn’t have a reaction to it. So this product work, yes it does, but I don’t know if everyone has the same reaction as me that’s why I gave it a three star. I took one star off because the bottle is very small for a shampoo and the the price is not cheap either. If it works that’s a small price to pay, if it doesn’t like me then oh well on to try another product.

I usually check the 1 star reviews on every product before buying, I saw over 50k reviews and a few people had hair loss due to the product. Seemed like the chances for my success were high. As you saw the 1 star I ranked this, this product was not on my side. For a week, I used the shampoo with the paired conditioner and it was a nice spa time each shower where I made sure each product was on my hair/scalp for 3mins for the biotin to soak in. It smells like the chemicals needed to fix my scalp dryness/thinning, so I was enjoying the feeling of taking steps to a fuller head of hair... And I watched my hair leave, in ridiculously large quantities, thinking 'the dead hair will come out, that's natural'... My dead hair wasn't falling out, I never had dead hair to begin with. My healthy thick hair strands were lying on the floor, looking at my stupid smiling face wondering when I'll wake from the illusion of 'this is helping'. I sacrificed 1/2 of my hair to trust the process, half of it fell out in a week. No, I am not sick, but I am working on eating more nutritionally balanced because of this hair loss issue.
