Tacx I-Genius Multiplayer Smart Trainer

Ok until you have a problem, customer support is useless. All they do is refer you to youtube videos but if that doesn't solve the problem you will be stuck with a trainer £1000 that doesn't work.

An unbelievable piece of kit. A bit fiddly to set up, and i would recommend a proper PC fully specced (i have it set up to a dedicated PC and TV). Does almost everything you could ever want: online racing, virtual reality (the velodrome mode is cool if you've not cycled in one), HD films which mimic the gradients up and down, even GPS google street view rides, downloadable routes as well as programmable power/gradient training. Oh, the segments are downloadable to Strava and of course, you can see all your vital stats (speed, cadence, power, heart rate, gradient) both on screen realtimeand recorded for analysis later what doesn't it do? Well, not sure if it is compatible with other apps; eg Swift or Trainer-road; but I am not sure you would want that in addition to what you have got here. I think you need the ANT-FEC upgrade. in truth the only thing it doesn't do is allow you to "rock and roll" i.e. get out of the saddle. You can, but the bike is fixed beneath you But thats a minor quibble. Before I got this, I couldn't do more than 45 minutes on my turbo without going stir crazy. I just recently completed a ride of over 5 hours in one go on this. Its epic, and 6 months on I am still only really discovering its full potential. Addictive

Premetto che il prodotto è funzionante è sicuramente è il miglior rullo (non ciclomulino) che abbia mai provato. Si interfaccia con qualsiasi programma Smart senza troppi problemi. Una stella di recensione perché ho grossi dubbi che il prodotto era usato o di esposizione in quanto sporco e graffiato. Ma principalmente 1 stella all’imballaggio. Il prodotto è stato consegnato nella sua confezione originale quindi senza il pacco classico di Amazon e fin qua nessun problema. Il problema è che l’anno confezione era completamente danneggiata con vistosi buchi e rappezzata con nastro da pacchi. Per un prodotto venduto e spedito da Amazon non me lo sarei aspettato visto che non è mai successo. Per il resto ottimo prodotto.

j'ai fait plus de 7000km avec: - bon produit mais un peu bruyant. le soft tacx trainer software nécessite un pc véloce pour lire les vidéos. il faut un PC avec une freq de base de 3.5GHz. J'ai essayé avec un 3GHz c'est trop limite et avec un 4Ghz c'est parfait. fonctionne très bien avec velo reality et zwift avec un 3GHz. (zwift nécessite une bonne carte graphique). le seul problème est l'indication de la cadence de pédalage pour un rythme supérieur à 100 rpm. la mesure se dégrade avec le moindre voile de la roue et/ou du pneu.(il n'y a pas de capteur de cadence. elle est calculée en analysant les variations de vitesse de la roue). je conseil un trainer à transmission direct (flux, neo ....) pour réduire le bruit.

Multimediatraining vom feinsten, die Technik mit Walze ist eventuell nicht ganz so gut wie der Direktantrieb(Neo) und vor allem lauter, aber für mich ok. Ich hoffe es macht mir längere Zeit Spaß und dann schau ma mal was das Christkind nächstes Jahr bringt..... . Übrigens hab ich mir ein Viking Rennrad in Tacx Farben dazu bestellt. Kleiner Nachtrag: Zuerst war ich von den Videos begeistert, virtuell Reality funktionierte auf meinen Laptop nicht und ich habe auf dem Stand PC nochmal installiert. Man muss allerdings die Lizenz am Laptop :-( aber jetzt funktionierts und hier wie auf einem Videospiel rennen zu fahren, mit vielen Einstellungen wie Wind. ...ist ein Traum. ...davon können andere Hersteller nur träumen! Besonders von einem grossen Ergometer Hersteller bin ich enttäuscht der schon 10 Jahre das Selbe produziert und den Technologie Anschluss komplett verschlafen hat.... Bei meinen ersten Multiplayer Rennen hatte ich 3km vor dem Ziel einen Software Absturz, dass war etwas ärgerlich. Vielleicht war die Internetverbindung schuld. Ich bin nach wie vor höchst zufrieden, so animiert war ich noch nie zum Training.

Das Gerät war nicht mehr neu und schon einmal in Gebrauch. Batterien fehlten und der Netzstecker war nicht für Deutsche Steckdosen zu gebrauchen. Gehäuse teilweise verkratzt. Der Rollentrainer funktioniert trotzdem und ich werde ihn behalten. Ich habe alles per Fotos zwecks Garantie dokumentiert.
