Near-Perfect Sleep-Aid Capsules That Have Been a Game-Changer for My Sleep
I've been using these capsules for about a year. The results aren't perfect every time, but I'll continue to buy them because they DO definitely make a difference and I sleep much better using them. Sleep issues are such an individual thing, so it's hard to know if what works for one person will work for another. So I'll start by saying my sleep issues stem from years of C-PTSD, so I have trouble falling asleep AND staying asleep. First, I love that the ingredients are natural herbs. This capsule has a perfect blend of herbs that doesn't cause morning grogginess, and I feel it "kicks in" fairly quickly, like within about 20-25 minutes after taking it. I just start to feel sleepy, although when I actually go to bed, sometimes my 11:00 pm adrenaline suddenly activates and I still have a hard time falling asleep. There IS melatonin in it (which helps you FALL asleep), but it doesn't work 100% of the time for me. Once in a while I need to take an additional 1 mg of melatonin (in the chewable form) and that does the trick. I do love that there's only 3 mg of melatonin in this capsule, and not a high dose. This is an EXCELLENT value for the money, as the dose is only ONE capsule, and there are 60 capsules in the bottle. For the most part, it's been near-perfect for me and I will continue to take it. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which I also appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend!!

Can't return if it comes with a broken seal
We received this item with a broken seal. We tried returning through Amazon, but it wouldn't let us. I tried calling Himalaya, but they said it was through Amazon so they couldn't help us. Know that if you order this item and it comes with a broken seal, you won't be able to return it.
