EDITED TO ADD: the package doesn’t specify how much water to add, but in my opinion adding 1 packet to16-20oz of water is the perfect dilution! I am OBSESSED with Needed Hydration support! I have tried so many drink mixes with electrolytes and trace minerals but this one is by far my favorite. As a breastfeeding mama, I often find myself feeling depleted and dehydrated, but when l mix up one of these babies, I quite literally feel better within the hour. The flavor is fantastic with a subtle sweetness, which I REALLY appreciate. Other hydration supplements are often overly sweet and taste artificially flavored…this was none of that. To me (and my kids) this tastes like a mild grapefruit lemonade and we all love it. Strange thing to love, but these are SO easy to open and tear perfectly to pour on the go, no scissors needed. During my pregnancy and postpartum, I found these electrolytes and I LOVE THEM! I have an increased need for electrolytes outside of nursing and pregnancy, and these fit the bill for it all. These electrolytes taste great, have clean ingredients, and are free of allergens- a HUGE consideration for my household. These mix well into water, too! I do add some magnesium glycinate and additional potassium, and it all works so well together. I highly recommend this product if you need extra hydration support that doesn't taste like you're drinking ocean water! P.S. get the variety pack- all of the flavors are great, but I am partial to th grapefruit! 😁
