Very good quality switch
Very good quality and matt black does not leave any finger prints. Fits quite flush and nice in touch. Definitely recommend.

Works but only lasted 5 weeks
Had it installed for 5 weeks on a two way switch setup, had a 42 watt dimmable LED draw total, stopped working randomly one day. Further investigation revealed a blown chip and resistor internally. Probably used for 3 hours a day. Have reached out to BG but nothing yet.

Missing front plate with no help from BG!!
I ordered a few products from the same range just before the Christmas break. The dimmer switch came on time but without the front plate (so basically only the back end arrived) I tried to get hold of Amazon without any success… so I called customer service at BG. They were not helpful at all. Apparently they could not send me through the front plate as it was sold by Amazon.I subsequently ordered another dimer switch from Amazon ( assuming the first plate had fallen out in transit and the second one would come with a front plate) it arrived the following day again without a front plate. Not sure what to do now as I can’t get hold of Amazon. All I can do is send it back again. Not helpful as the electrician has already installed it. 🤨
