Van Vault 2

Had my central locking scanned, tools stolen from my van. Installed dead locks to the back of my van, rear steel bulk head and this in the middle section for my power tools. Brilliant deterrent if they get in again, enough deep storage space to get most of my tools in without having to cart them in and out of my house all the time.If they want your van, they'll nick it, but this will stop the petty thieves from a quick rumble.

I had been looking for a security box for my Berlingo work van for a while. This one was the best I could find that maximised the available space inside the van but also had maximium storage.It's certainly strong and has a very good lock. Only 1 very minor gripe - the little rubber cushions for the lid fell out - I made a better solution without any modification so no complaints about transportation noise.I recommended this van vault 2 to my office manager & subsequently 2 others with the same type of van.If I had a bigger van - I would buy 2

Excellent. Holes in base makes permanent install easy. Needs to be located approx 3 inches from a bulkhead tho to allow lid to open fully and latch upright. Very tough.Place a cushion on top and you have a nice bench seat for those work breaks, or buy 2 and have your own bed.
