Excellent - amazing customer service!
I have owned Swatch's but now getting back into them, and bought this one in remembrance of the Queen and wasn't disappointed! I love the box with the Queen's Guard on it and the sparkly cardboard crown inside...Swatch is good at the details!I had emailed Customer Service as I was concerned the Queen's outfit wasn't changing colours - it take 3-4 days for her dress to change colour fully. Also, if you pull the crown (dial) out halfway you can change the dress colour manually. Thank you Customer Service for your quick responses and clear instructions.After a long break from owning a Swatch, I am hooked again as their craftsmanship, uniqueness and quality can't be beat. Am going to be purchasing more in the future 😁

SWATCH UNISEX WATCH
I thought this was a super cute watch, I liked the white for a nice summer accessory, and the image of Queen Elizabeth II with her corgi just makes the piece a little more unique. For anyone interested in knowing, the garment and hat change colour every few days, so it's always like putting on a "new" watch. :)I'm not sure if the item is actually suitable as a unisex piece because the strap may not be long enough to fit around a man's wrist. I have very slender wrists and find the strap a good length for me.
