I strongly advise against buying this jetspray. I have completely lost patience with this company after receiving three faulty products in a row. Here is exactly how my experience went: ​Attempt 1: The original product arrived with chipped threading. I requested a replacement, which took almost a full week to arrive. ​Attempt 2: The first replacement had water heavily leaking from the joints. I sent it back again and had to wait more than 10 days for the next one. ​Attempt 3: The third replacement just arrived, and the filter is completely missing from the jetspray head. ​It is abundantly clear that this company has absolutely zero quality control and does not inspect their packages before shipping. They have wasted weeks of my time. I am so exhausted by this process that I am not even seeking a refund or another replacement. I am entirely done with this brand and will never recommend their products to anyone. Save yourself the headache and buy from a different seller.

The jet spray works well and has perfect pressure; there's no need for a pressure pump with this model. I expected the color to be black, but it turned out to be more of a grey. One downside is that I find it a bit overpriced, possibly due to the brand name ALTON. However, overall, it's still a decent product.

Alton has awesome bath fittings. I had a Jaguar faucet earlier but this one is better than that. If you have borewell water or salts in the water you would need a safety pin/ needle to poke into the holes after every 2-3 months or it gets clogged. I have solved 90% of your problems by telling you this. The water flow is good and it's not like the Jet. The jet can damage the sensitive area and it's the major cause of Anal Fissures and painful lacerations. The reason doctors tell you not to use a jet and advise you to use a health faucet instead. Worth every penny. Works excellently well even after a year and no cleaning done on it despite the hard water. Looks amazing. Still,

It is nice product in look and aesthetically. It matched with our bathroom accessories so i bought it. After 15days it started leakage in droplets and now it’s leaking in full flow so have changed it with another local faucet. Unfortunately I m running out of return policy time duration couldn’t able to return it. But it seems to be have pay to use this faucet for 15days.

I ordered this faucet for my new bathroom, expecting decent quality—but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. It started leaking immediately when it was connected. I tried calling customer care multiple times, but the call gets automatically disconnected every time. Now the worst part: my bathroom work got completed, so I couldn’t test it earlier, and the return period is already over. They claim a 1-year warranty, but what’s the point if there’s no way to even reach them? Absolutely frustrating experience. Don’t waste your money—this is a worst product with zero support.
