These are comfortable and I've used them often. This is one of the few products I've purchased that help my bunions and second toe that is being pulled due to the bunion. Only downsiide is that you cannot wear with a lot of shoes because you can see the toe separator in some shoes. Great though in boots and closed toe shoes.

The toe spacers aren't the widest but in terms of providing cushioning to the metatarsal area, these gel pads are fantastic. Together with some new insoles, these pads have been an enormous help in getting me comfortably back on my feet and walking regularly. And with socks over them, they're great walking around the house on hard floors.

I tried these in my apartment. Wearing them only a hour I noticed all my toes had the circulation cut off and were changing colors. They seem to stretch very well but they affect blood flow.

Sorry to report but they do not work for me since I wear a large shoe but if you have a small or medium size foot they would work just fine. Yes size does matter.

These make my skin dry when I take them off my skin is irritated and dry in the whole part that they cover. Also they don’t speed my toes far enough apart.

This pack of 4 is a great buy. I need padding on the balls of my feet because the fat pad has worn away and it feels like I'm walking on rocks. I've also read that it is healthy to provide spacing between the toes. These fulfill both objectives. They are soft, flexible, stretchy and very comfortable. I actually forget I'm wearing them. I had tried another brand of toe spacers but they were harder and not comfortable at all. If you need this kind of item, I highly recommend these.

These are truly life savers. Apparently my shoes have been to small all this time and it’s caused some issues with the nerves in my foot causing burning pain after walking for more than 15 min. I’ve tried the single spacers and all 5 toes. They were kind of helpful but I was still having pain in the ball of my foot - even with insoles. Pain free today!

Fairly comfortable but just started to wear them. There are no instructions but research shows it is important to go gradual starting with 30 minutes.

I find my feet feel less “crunchy” and looser. Easy to clean by hand and let them air dry.
