Review: I bought this for my Balanced Body Allegro II reformer. This easily fits between the shoulder rests, however the elastic band doesn't stretch far enough to go around my Balanced Body board. I probably wouldn't use the elastic anyway because I want to be able to set it aside with out fiddling. My headrest also has an adjustment, but I usually leave it in the down position on the carriage board. The pad doesn't move around and the support is fantastic. I have it positioned with the larger end under the base of head and neck, works both ways of course, but like it that way better. Game changer, very comfortable, would definitely recommend this even if you adjust the headrest upwards.
