I got these boots because they have the thin rubber outsole. This gives the look of a traditional leather soled cowboy boot but how I will be using them I wanted the rubber. The sizing took some work but eventually worked out. In sneakers and other boots I usually wear a 13. I ordered a 13 at first and they were way too big. Unfortunately Ariat does not come in 12.5. I ordered size 12 and after a day of breaking in they are very comfortable. Definitely recommend any Mexican made Ariats over the Chinese made Ariats. Overall very happy with the look and fit of these boots

I initially had reservations about buying boots online without the opportunity for an in-store fitting, but I decided to order these Ariat boots from Amazon. When the boots arrived, I found them to be a perfect fit. I am very pleased with the color and the attractive distressed look. My only recommendation is to ensure that any Ariat boots purchased are not manufactured in China. Nobody wants Chinese-produced western boots. Both pairs of Ariat boots I personally own were made in Mexico. Amazon provides clear country-of-origin information in the product descriptions.

I have work Tony lama, Lucchese and these are the most comfortable and most first of them all. I cruise timber in mine all day!

Enjoyed my first pair for years and still wearing, but wanted to get another pair in a different color. This color may not have been my first choice on the shelf, but they look great under the jeans and have same comfort. Good buy.

Received these boots to give as a father's day gift. Very poor quality, and sizing is inaccurate. My husband wears a 10.5EE, and these fit nothing like his other Ariat boots. When he went to try on the right boot, we noticed that the pull-up strap wasn't even attached to the boot. You can see the difference. One strap is STITCHED in, and the loose side didn't even have stitching. The back side was covered in glue. Very disappointed.

First, if you have a somewhat high arch, the top of your foot might feel like it's in a vice. Not sure what to tell you if your feet are less that narrow. I ordered a size larger than I would normally and the boots are very tight fitting. Just like my skates, I heated these boots in the oven hoping they would stretch a bit faster/earier but after three attempts, they did not stretch. I can only wear them for short periods of time and you would think that a wide toe would not fit so tightly. Yes, they will stretch eventually. The brown is dark and rich looking and that is what attracted me to them. I do find that the toe area looks quite wide when looking down at them but the side profile is fine. The heel is not high and walking feels normal, just a stiff boot. My major concern is that the lower and upper leather feels more like cardboard. Overall, I realize this is not the boot for me and hoping to give them away to a family member and have already purchased another Ariat boot from a local farm supply shop. More of a traditional boot, same price and the leather feels a lot better. Hopefully you find this as an honest review, not another "great product" review with no detail. They look nice but fit (me) poorly. The length is fine and the heel slips a bit as it should, just very tight.

I’ve always chosen Ariat as my western boot, great quality, fit can be a little snug on some pairs but these fit perfectly and look sharp.

I decided to drop down 1/2 a size and go wide to see if this would fit my foot better. I usually order an 8 in men's and depending on the boot it fits ok. This version seems to fit well so far. Out of the box you get the leather smell !! The colour of the boot, and shaft are what was expected and the stitching is lovely. It is a really nice looking boot. It is comfortable stepping into the boot, and once you land, fantastic feel. It is a lower heel so very easy on the body to walk in. I will be breaking this boot in for the next while and will update when I have more to share. The quality of the boot is well put together, and seems to be all in order. My last pair of Mexican boots the colour of the counters and vamps were not at all what was pictured, so having these arrive in perfect form was delightful. Kept an eye on the pricing as it did seem to fluctuate a bit, and locked it in on a good price. With my initial impressions I say order them! UPDATE: Sept 2024 These boots are one of the top pair of boots I grab to wear. So much so I bought another pair to have in my rotation. They have held up well, no issues. They broke in easily with no effort or pain. They look amazing and feel awesome. I higly recommend these!
