Excellent product
This 1.5 ton window AC has very effective and fast cooling and the noise of it is also very less. As it is a four star AC so it uses less electricity also. At this price I find this product a paisa vasool product. ๐

AC is ok, installation not ok
AC is all ok but the installation through the brand (Havalls) was not satisfactory. The service guy just placed the window AC and connected. Side gaps were all open which are usually filled by the foam. The lame excuse they gave that they don't have the foam. Which is not at all acceptable. Company give them with all the required components but actually passing them to the customer is totally upto the service agent. 10 Nos. for AC. 2 Nos. for service agent.

Very good AC, cools very quickly & efficiently my room sized 180 sq. ft. approx. Overall great value for money product, would surely suggest anyone looking for a 1.5 ton AC... Bought @ 27k in July 2023

Pathetic service from Lloyd
I got the AC delivered on 29th April. Since then I have been following up with Lloyd customer centre for the installation. Everytime their reply was the technician would get in touch in next 24 hours. It's 5th day today and no technician has turned up. Finally I got the AC installed through a pvt agency. The AC seems to be good but the service from Lloyd is pathetic. They have no courtesy to contact the customer and schedule an appointment. I think going with blue star or Carrier is a much better option.

Awesome Product
It's a awesome product delivered by Amazon.Posting this review after 10day of use. The AC is highly efficient and cools the room in 15min. It's less noisy compared to other window AC. A must buy for those who are looking for window AC

Worst experience
Product is good but the service is very poor when it comes to install the installation partner has came after so many days and complaints even he charged extra money from us and not even installed properly without even fitting the stabilizer with wall he just keep the product and connect wire and for this he charged extra than 500 worst experience ever
