Energy Plus 2-pc Stainless Steel Ceramic Nonstick 10-in & 12-in Fry Pan Set

This pan has advertised. It is easy to clean – it took less than five minutes to clean with warm water and mild dish soap and of course, a soft sponge. I made scrambled eggs, coated the pan with a little bit of butter first and there was barely any residue. As this coding is ceramic – remember to use a silicone utensil and no abrasive cleanser. It’s a great value of the money. I would say he was distributed very evenly and of course the nonstick properties are fabulous. It was lightweight and a real pleasure to cook with. I own others Zwilling products and been very pleased with all of them.

there is nothing about this pan that is "NON" stick. I've never had a pan that so much food stuck to. I wish I returned it when it was still possible. Even simply frying eggs in this pan is a pain, you'll have to use a chore boy or other extra strength scouring pad to get it clean. Maybe its made for extremely low heat but it's not worth $80 I would not recommend this even at a much lower price. worthless. Today it went into the trash.

My best purchase ever! Coating prevents food sticking and cleans like a dream. All metal means I can use in oven when called for. Handle is comfortable in the hand. Excellent quality.

I received two Zwilling frying pans for a Christmas present this year, a 10-inch and a 12-inch. I liked them so much I ordered this 8-inch version to go with them. They are truly non-stick, and do an excellent job of cooking your food. A key to proper food preparation is to keep the heat low unless you absolutely need it to be high. High heat can not only burn your food, but is not good for cook pans/pots. I love these Zwilling pans!

Pan is great but the lid was a bit damaged. That's a pity. I did not send it back because I needed it at that moment.

After 15 months, this Zwilling 8" fry pan sticks. These are the heating, cooking and cleaning methods used for this pan since new, 15 months go. 1) Heat never over medium high. 2) Only a silicone spatula used in it, no metal ever touched the interior of the pan. 3) Olive oil was the only liquid heated up prior to eggs being cooked, and eggs were the only food used in the pan. 4) Cleaned in hot soapy water with a cotton wash cloth. Very disappointed in this pan after ONLY 15 months. Will not use anymore, ceramic coating is starting to come off, too late to return. I do not recommend Zwilling ceramic pans.

Works great we love it in our kitchen. Yes made in China, but American standard.

The frying pans arrived damaged. The pan on the bottom has been completely scratched by the pan that was placed on top of it. The ceramic surface of the larger pan is damaged. If the pans had not been damaged, I would have kept them. - RETURNED
