My wife is a Witcher fan. She saw this chair and went nuts. I saw this chair and was super impressed. I saw how many times she looked at this chair in history. I bought the chair, and there was fresh baked bread and sandwiches all around. :) For the basics: The chair is superb quality. It is adjustable in so many ways that it fits her perfectly where SO many chairs we've tried for her don't. Especially getting the arm height and width right for her to be comfortable while gaming. Cons: Seat is firm - works great for her, but for me I can't take it after a couple hours. Although I have to admit I'm less sore-backed than my chair. Arms are also firm. However, you can also swap out padded arm tops (which we have and they work fantastic). Overall: Couldn't be happier with the purchase. It is expensive, but it is light years better than any other chair we've bought for half, the same, or even more in price, trying to find a good chair over the years.

Packaging was the best I ever seen, assembly was the easiest I have ever seen, adjustability is the best I have ever seen, headrest most comfortable I have ever used, back is the firmest you'll ever find (works great for me), seat very firm, I need a cushion (boney derriere). I found the armrest too hard for me; I have ordered their softer ones (they should include that as an option when ordering). I ordered my chair directly with Secretchair more color options). Overall, I am incredibly happy with this purchase, now if I could only get the cheaper knock off back in the box to return it. lol

My lower backs hurts and I wake up in the middle of the night with pain. I try to adjust the chair, but nothing is working. I guess now, that I am going have to get a cushion for this 700.00 chair. SMH

I couldn't be more happy with this chair, my boyfriend got one as well, I put mine together by myself, it came with a huge laminated instruction piece WITH pictures, step by step. I only struggled with one part, putting on the levers and holding the metal piece was a little difficult but I managed to get it! They also have skins that will cover your chair which gives you the ability to customize it even more.

Bought this for my bf and he loves it! Super comfortable and the head rest is magnetic! Nice for your back if you sit for long periods of time.
