This item was exactly what I needed.

Useless. Didn't stick at all on the first use. I was going to return them but I have to pay the return postage. Going in the bin.

Usually pads have a secure connection, whilst these are loose. They work but the slightest tug pulls the 2mm connector out.

These pads are a godsend to those of us who want to use muscle toners but suffer from allergies.Other pads cause a flare up of frantically itchy spots, which last for days. These are perfect, long lasting and never have had any connector issues.The company was extremely prompt and helpful when I emailed a query. So, for effectiveness and efficiency, I would rate both pads and supplier as 6******.

Ordered 12 round pads only 4 in the package was given a refund just wanted the goods really but resolved in the end

The 2mm connectors fall out because tge pad connectors are loose. I can only guess this is because they are cheap. Don't waste your money
