Smells lovely, helps relaxation in the bath, use them a lot

I have tried other soaks as I do a lot of sports and have found this to be the best. A cheaper brand was too strong smelling and this was just right; I know other people criticised the smell but I like it. My body always feels better after using and after trying cheaper brands, I will return to buying this. The Velcro top is also excellent so there are no spills in the cupboard.

Smell is absolutely amazing and I always feel like I feel the benefit of Dr Teals Epsom salts. Love all the different versions. They’re more expensive then I buy standard Epsom salts in bulk, but these are what a deem my “treat” Epsom salt lol!

Great value for money and works really well in soak. I have aching feet and legs so I use this in a hot soak, sit in the tub for as long as I can, which really takes the ache away and then rinse off with ice cold water for any remaining pain (this is what works for me). The scent is amazing too. Would recommend!

I work on feet and do a lot of walking throughout the day. My friend recommended this Pre & Post Workout soak. I decided to give this a try. I added a little in my foot bath basin and soaked for 20 minutes and felt instant relief. It's not drying at all cause of the added essential oils. The price is same as W so I'll pick up next time from there. You definitely smell the menthol but that's what I think makes this effective. The packaging is good and seals tight.
