Does the set come with nail glue not just the adhesive tabs?

No it doesn’t. The tabs it does

Are they thick sturdy tips? My press ons always bend when I accidentally bang then on something most press on nails are flimsy

They aren’t sturdy in my opinion. They aren’t very thick so I would recommend getting a gel coat over them
