It truly is better than wax. First time ever putting in a toilet and decided to use this rather than the wax ring. Really glad I did. The toilet sat down nice. After tightening down the nuts the toilet flushing about 5 times with no leaks I was truly excited that my first time installing a toilet went so well. I would buy this product again. Great item, but although it has instructions to install for large discrepancies in the space between W.C and waste, the bolts don’t cater for such eventualities. I had to purchase longer bolts midway through the project - a little frustrating. Other than that inconvenience, the product works very well.

i exclusively buy these toilet gaskets. they are easy to use, include all the hardware you need and haven't failed me yet. I've dont 4 toilets with them and have had no issues. would recommend to a friend.

Come on. It is just a fluid sealing gasket. It works great. Unlike a wax ring it can be reused. Very handy if you plan to redo the floor later.
