Q: I bought the bottle, however what is the actual diet, i keep hearing about a loading phase?

I don't know What the actual diet is. I have lost 27 lbs my husband has lost 32lbs. We have been using the drops 4x a day for 6 weeks. We are eating only veggies, Eggs, fruit and meat.
